What sizes do you carry?

We carry socks in sizes 9-11, 12-15, and 16-20. Many of our styles are available in all sizes.

What is your return policy?

If you’d like to request a return, please send them back in a similar size package that you received them in.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you need to exchange, please contact our customer service team at, or give us a call at 1-800-WEFITWELL and we’ll arrange to send you another pair of socks.

What is your Shipping Policy?

For purchases under $40, we charge a flat rate of $5.00 to ship anywhere in the U.S and a flat rate of $10.00 to ship anywhere in Canada. All other orders will ship for free, so be sure to bundle all your favorite products into one order.
At Tall Order, we’re also proud to ship with USPS as our shipping partner. They can deliver Tall Order Products across America, usually in 3-5 business days. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional 3-4 business days to arrive.
For those who need their product sooner, we offer guaranteed 2-3 day Priority shipping for $20.00.
