We work extremely hard to produce high-quality and fashionable socks for men with large-sized feet, and the feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive! But if for some reason you don’t like what you’ve ordered, we’ll work with you to make things right.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you want to return an item, please contact us at hello@tallorder.com within 30 days of delivery. If applicable, we will provide qualifying orders with a full refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable - no exceptions for size, fit, or change of mind. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery and we'll assess your claim in line with your statutory rights.

We donate all returned pairs to those in need, so we cannot accept socks once they have been opened. This does not affect an order's ability to qualify for a full refund.
