Standard Shipping:
Order by Wednesday December 13 to receive items by Sunday December 24
Express Shipping:
Order by Monday December 18 to receive items by Sunday December 24

All orders will be shipped through standard ground service.
Orders can take anywhere between 5-8 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.
*We are unable to guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES
We are happy to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders of $70 or more being shipped within the US. This is calculated after all coupons have been applied to the order.
Orders below $70 being shipped within the US cost a flat rate of $7 for FedEx Ground shipping.

FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER 
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail. Use the link within this email to track your order in real time. 
Orders placed on the weekend or select Holidays are processed on the next working business day. Please allow 5-8 business days to receive your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Holiday Extended Return Policy 

We have extended our usual limit for returns for the Holiday Season.  Orders placed between November 1st and December 24, 2023 qualify for Holiday Extended Return Policy. Returns will be accepted until January 31, 2024. All other conditions of current Return Policy still apply. 

We work extremely hard to produce high-quality and fashionable socks for men with large-sized feet, and the feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive! But if for some reason you don’t like what you’ve ordered, we’ll work with you to make things right.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you want to return an item, please contact us at hello@tallorder.com within 30 days of delivery. If applicable, we will provide qualifying orders with a full refund.

We donate all returned pairs to those in need, so we cannot accept socks once they have been opened. This does not affect an order's ability to qualify for a full refund.
